What is it?
We pride ourselves on this service. We have our own customized software
utility that connects your system to one of ours and we "share" your desktop
with you exactly as if we were there. We both can use the keyboard and mouse
and see what each other is doing. It is wonderful and replaces many on-site
and in-shop calls saving you money and time. It is perfect for when you're
not sure how to do something and wished you had someone there to walk you
through it. Between this and able to speak with the tech on the phone at the
same time you'll wonder why everyone else isn't offering it.
We can either leave it on your system after an initial service, or as long
as you can still receive email or browse the web we send you a link to
